“Staff from the NuBuild group recently completed work in my living room for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council which involved taking the plaster from one wall right back to the brickwork as there had been some large cracks that had appeared.
They did the outside work which was needed whilst I was out, which was what we agreed to. Whilst doing the work inside my living room they laid down plastic sheets on the carpet to protect it and I left them in there to carry out their work saying I was available if needed for anything, the work was done quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard.
They asked permission to do everything including getting water from the bathroom/kitchen, using the toilet etc. The inside work was started at approx 10:30am and the new plaster applied and workmen ready to leave at 16:45.
The following day two more NuBuild employees called to put my radiator on and put my curtain pole up and they even asked if they could measure the length of my curtains to ensure they were fixing it in the right position which I thought was a very nice touch. All the gentlemen from NuBuild group that worked on my property were very polite and friendly, they worked very efficiently and to an extremely high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends or use them myself if I needed work doing.
I would give NuBuild 10/10 for their work, thank you NuBuild and RMBC.”

“Hi Andrew, Ray and Lee,
Just a quick note to say it has been a pleasure working with your building team, they have been efficient, quick and good at keeping the property clean throughout the build. I did say at the beginning I had a thing for cleanliness! The standard of work and finish is great. It was like Christmas every day coming back from work to see what had been taken away, added or changed. It was 12 weeks of Christmas gifts instead of 12 days of Christmas. I will be able to look back on my photos with pleasure taken throughout the building works.
I have been using the new dining room and bedroom this last week and it has made a fantastic difference in my daily life due to the space and being able to enjoy the garden. I will soon be able to use my new office when the furniture arrives this Friday and cannot wait.
Please pass on my thanks for a wonderful extension to all who have helped build it especially Brian, Mark, and Sean the plasterer who worked in 32 degree heat. some people I know I will not have met due to being at work.
Lee, thanks for the lovely floor it is well fitted and feels brilliant to walk on the click vinyl.
I know there were hiccups along the way but resolved, a sign of a good company, so thanks again Andrew, Ray and Lee. Look forward to seeing you in a few years for the Kitchen refit.

“Nugas installed a complete boiler and central heating system in my home, replacing an ageing system with a brand new efficient combi-boiler, new radiators and new plumbing throughout. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and completed to the highest standard. The engineers were courteous and accomodating, and considering the scale of the project did an excellent job keeping disruption to a minimum and completing the works on time. A fantastic job all round, I would have no doubts in recommended Nugas whatsoever.”

“Nu Build Group have completed several projects on my property over the years and most recently completing a large single story 4m x 8m kitchen extension (see the photos on the website). They offered a full, free, no obligation quotation service also offering services from structural engineers, building regulations etc. It’s also refreshing that as part of thorough consultation process they don’t try to offer more but rather give you the pros and cons of the different elements of the work.
My extension from start to finish lasted only 6 weeks with brick layers, joiners, plumbers and electricians on site every single day and completed to an amazing standard of workmanship .They always made a point of cleaning up thoroughly after each day and keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. We were so pleased with the results we decided on a complete garden renovation creating a Mediterranean type look with whitewashed troughs, elevated platforms, paved areas, water feature and contemporary fencing all complimented with mood lighting.
It’s also very reassuring that after the work is complete we received all the official accreditation from the various safety and certification bodies Nu Build is associated with that guarantees the quality of the workmanship.
The best endorsement possible though is for family and friends to see our new home. They are simply blown away at what can be achieved in such a short time and to such a high standard. Already two friends have booked NuBuild for extension projects this year. I understand this company carries out both private and public sector work so my advice would be to get a quotation and book the work asap.
It’s without hesitation that I recommend this company for any project both large or small.”

“Just had the bathroom in my bungalow converted into a walk in shower room, this was quite a big job as we had walls out of square, uneven floors, old door latch used to catch on the wall etc, but all these issues were dealt with and the end result is everything I had hoped for, all the staff are friendly and gave us very good advice and we will use this company again in the near future.”

“Delighted with the quality of the work…”
“Nubuild Group has recently completed some work at our home. We have known of the company since it was founded back in 1975 when Mr Murdoch first started the company. We were particularly pleased to find that he is still there and is a major reason for their continued success.
We initially utilised them to re-plan and fit our on-suite bathroom last year (2015). We were so pleased with the work and reasonable costs involved that we decided to have the main bathroom re-designed and re-fitted by them earlier in 2016. We then decided to have a new kitchen and we gave them the go ahead to do that job as well (October 2016).
The refurbishment of the kitchen turned out to include other jobs that we originally did not plan for (strengthening an internal wall and re-wiring) but we were highly delighted with the quality of the work, the helpfulness of their staff and the dedication that was put into ensuring that we got exactly what we asked for, (sometimes after we changed our minds after the job was started.) They provided all the different skilled workmen needed to do all the jobs which included electricians, gas experts, plumbers, joiners, brick layers and decorators.
We would highly recommend this firm to do any work of this kind and will be happy to show any potential customers the work that they have done for us.

A basement conversation from a void space into a bedroom with shower room and separate utility space with a doggy shower, also a staircase from the main house down to the new area.
